I was so impressed by the staff there. I visited with Chelsea and she could’ve not done a better job handling my issue. Just wished I would’ve found this clinic before I went to the other one which is Genesis. So Kudos to Chelsea

First impression of the office staff was not so pleasing. After several minutes, one of the 2 women behind the front desk area, hurriedly and curtly asked me to sign my name on a clipboard, “Now take a seat.” Then it was, “Ma’am, I can’t read your name.” She crossed my name off of said clipboard and nearly tossed it onto the counter. She obtained the information she needed and asked me again to sit down. My 10:40 appointment started at 11:00. A nice woman came to the waiting room and called my name, then placed me in an exam room. Dr Eddie was very nice. He promptly came into the exam room and we discussed my issues. Dr calmly told me he would take good care of me and that we would schedule an upper and lower GI so he could take a look and see if there were any areas that may need treatment. Then Ashley came into my room and escorted me to her scheduling area. We worked out a time and date for my procedures. She was very kind and explained all I would need to know, along with providing me with written information stating the necessary instructions. I then checked out with another very nice woman, got the necessary prep needed for test & paid my copay along with the cost of the prep. Other than how I was initially greeted, it was a good experience with Dr and his staff. I feel confident I am in good hands with Dr Eddie.
