Bobbi Park, ARNP was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained things well. I would give 4 or 5 stars.
It was mainly issues with the staff. I had to fill out the first time patient forms multiple times. First I used the provided online portal to fill out the forms. Then was told the online forms weren't up to date and I needed to fill out others provided via email. Filled those out and sent them along. Apparently not all were received and was asked to fill out again and provided it via email. Then in person, I was asked to fill out and sign one of the forms for the third time. And was asked for information that was provided on the forms by the front desk and then again by the attendant that took me to the exam room.
Upon leaving I stopped by the front desk and asked if I needed to pay a co-pay, since they didn't request it when I arrived. They seemed confused about whether I needed to pay a co-pay, and asked if I'd like to, as if I had a choice. I replied that of course, I'd prefer not to pay, but assumed I owed a co-pay. She tersely said that she didn't know the specifics of my insurance (I provided my insurance card when I came in). I responded that I didn't either, as it was new. It was an odd experience and rather unprofessional. I would assume the place in which I have an appointment knows what they need from their visiting patients, especially after we provide them with all of the requested information multiple times and in multiple forms. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but something to be aware of and hopefully something they will improve upon.
